At The Shops at Mount Vernon, we take pride in our curated selection and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached, and include a copy of your original packing slip.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
