The west front of the mansion, crafted exclusively for Mount Vernon, displays the iconic red roof, distinctive cupola and the façade’s large oval or "bull's eye" window represented by a large crystal-like bead. "Mount Vernon" is stitched on the reverse side.

Mount Vernon was George Washington’s home from 1754 until his death in 1799. The mansion was originally constructed in 1735 by Washington’s father, Augustine, and later expanded by Washington himself. The ornament measures approximately 5 ½ " x 3 ½ " plus a 3” gold thread for hanging.
